Here are some Rice Water DIY recipes that can nourish & brighten the skin.
Suitable for Normal, Dry, and Combination Skin.
Ingredients:
Instructions:
Take ½ cup of Rice water in a bowl.
Add 2 tsp of Honey in it.
Mix well.
Apply to the face in a gentle circular motion.
Rinse with lukewarm water.
Soothing & brightening effects for all skin types.
Ingredients:
½ cup of Rice water.
One tbsp of Lemon juice.
Two teaspoons of Rosewater.
Instructions:
Rinse 1/2 cup of Rice to remove impurities.
Soak the rice in 1 cup of water for 30 minutes.
Strain and store the water in a nozzle container.
Keep it in the refrigerator.
Take the cool Rice water in a bowl.
Add one tablespoon of lemon juice to it.
Mix Two tsp of Rose water.
Apply to the skin with a cotton pad as toner.
Suitable for all types of skin, especially sunburn skin.
Ingredients:
½ cup of Rice water.
One tbsp of Aloe vera Gel.
Lavender Essential Oil.
Instructions:
Take ½ cup of Rice water in a bowl.
Mix One tbsp of Aloe vera Gel.
Add 2-3 drops of Lavender Oil.
Mix all the ingredients nicely.
Apply it to the face as a moisturizer.
Excellent for Normal, Combination & Oily Skin types.
Ingredients:
Two tbsp rice water.
One green tea bag.
One tbsp Aloe vera Gel.
One tsp of Honey.
Instructions:
Take 2 tbsp Rice water in a bowl.
Steep a green tea bag in the Rice water for 4-5 mins. (for added antioxidants)
Mix One tbsp Aloe vera Gel.
Add One tsp of Honey in it.
Mix nicely.
Apply the mixture to the face.
Leave it for 10-15 mins.
Wash with fresh water.
Remember to patch-test these recipes before applying them to the face, especially on sensitive skin.
