One of the hair oil bottle that you have given is just broken at the cap and you knew about it and put the broken bottle in a sealed plastic packet and delivered to me with the other two hair oils. . . May I know the reason behind sending a broken oil bottle sealed in a plastic bag where all the oil came out in the sealed packet inside the main pack so that it doesn't come out. .
